Terrace Wall

  • 61 - Walking on Sunshine

    Take the clean and solid (!) wall right of Polo direct via a thin crack near the top.

  • 62 - Riding on Air

    Gain the block on Polo and make a rising traverse right to the top of Walking on Sunshine.

  • 63 - Three Steps to Heaven

    From the right end of the Terrace, climb the wall to a ledge at six metres. From the right of this ledge climb straight up to the top, climbing the left side of a rib nine metres from the top. Very loose finish.

  • 64 - Polo

    Grade: 4a | First Ascent: (1975-79)
    Rating: 0

    Farther left is a block stuck to the rock with a shot-hole in its centre. Ascend left of the block and step on to its top, then climb thin cracks to a mantel on a large earthy ledge. Continue to the top of the crag.

  • 65 - Star Wars

    Start ten metres right of Sneck. Climb diagonally right for six metres, then go horizontally right for a further six metres to beneath broken rocks at the top. Continue horizontally right for a further six metres, then climb straight to the top.

  • 66 - Sneck

    Towards the left side of the Terrace is a block-shaped nose. Climb the corner on the right of this, passing an overhang at six metres. At the top move left and finish over doubtful rock.

  • 67 - Rubber Band

    The corner left of the nose, moving right at six metres, then moving left to finish as Sneck.

  • 68 - Plastic Band

    The corner just to the right of the top of Plastic Iceberg.

  • 69a - Misplaced

    Near the right-hand edge of The Terrace.
