Cocktail Walls - Left

  • 17 - Inverted Triangle

    Grade: 4a | First Ascent: -1970

    Start at the foot of a triangular slab and climb this trending leftwards to the top.

  • 18 - Dewar`s

    Grade: 4a | First Ascent: -1974

    Start one metre right of the corner and take a direct line to the top.

    Climb the obvious arête to an awkward finish.

  • 20 - Clan Dew

    Start two metres right and climb the crack to a large ledge, then finish up the niche above.

  • 21 - Central Avenue

    Start from the foot of the corner on the right and climb the wall to gain a shallow wall. Finish up this, with a swing right at the top.

    Half a metre right of the next steep arête climb a vague crack.

    From the gully on the right, gain the large overhang and layback round it on its left. Finish up the flake above.

    Climb the centre of the wall between the gully and the dirty corner, via a thin crack above a ledge.
